Materials
End-grain white oak blocks, glued with food-safe adhesive, forty by twenty-eight centimetres and thirty-five millimetres thick, with a routed juice groove and four rubber feet.
Care
Hand wash warm and stand it on edge to dry — never in the dishwasher and never left flat in a wet sink, which is how a board cups. Oil it with food-grade mineral oil whenever the surface looks dry.
